Im Kunstdaus in Vienna

We spent eleven wonderful days in the apartment. After the first few meters in the apartment, we felt comfortable and at home, nothing was missing. The handover worked without any problems and the lady was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, 15 minutes walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral, close to supermarkets, but still quiet. We will definitely be back.

Never again! Bad to no internet in the room. I tried to contact "ALGA" over and over again but to no avail.No thanks! Not recommended

Great place, apparently for locals

The apartments are located in a very central location, a few minutes walk from the center of Vienna. Impeccable cleaning, full of comfort, the apartments offer everything you need for cooking and anything else you need. The apartments are all panoramic with a beautiful view of the Danube and Praterstern, at night the Ferris wheel reflects on the Danube a fantastic thing.I fully recommend it, especially for those staying with family. Very comfortable beds with luxury furnishings.I recommend it to everyone, I will be back again. Thanks, see you soon

Very good and friendly contact and service. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Good public transport connection.

I booked and they climbed the money, I canceled the reservation the next day and, despite the free cancellation, they didn't give it back to me

Horrible!We came to the hotel, checked in and went to our room. It wasn’t made!Receptionist lady looked surprised. We asked for other room and was very untidy. Dust everywhere and smells of cigarettes. I found someone’s belongings in this room, pieces of food under the bed and hair in bath. Absolutely disgusting.

Really not satisfied;the bed had sagged,The socket behind the rickety sofa was broken and taped with a piece of paper, so the standing table lamp with slanting lampshade was not working. They use the name Kunsthaus (name of the art gallery behind it) which gives the impression that this apartment belongs to and from the art gallery, but that is not the case. The art gallery does not want to have anything to do with this.

They advertised lower price, but then add 35 EUR for room cleaning. Due to death of family member I was forced to cancel my reservation. I had documents to proof what happened. They didn't offer any discount for cancel (and I requested this just next day after booking). They charged the full amount from my credit card although I said, we will not come. I think that says a lot about their attitude to guests.

Apartment for rent Far from the city center. Overlooking the river Asansir is located in the building adjacent to Yemen from the entrance. To carry bags from the ground floor.

I made a wrong time in the room and canceled it right away. Why can't I refund my fee? I have not delayed your booking for more than 5 minutes and the cancellation time. Is it too short or wrong to make a refund?

Loved the apartments! Were passing day. Everything is wonderful, spacious, clean. You can call at any time, at least at night. They sent detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment. Close to central station.

We have stayed here twice. Great location in the third district. Both times we had an apartment on the top floor with views of the Prater and the Kunsthaus. Nice friendly hosts at check in. If they are not there the key drop outside is easy to locate and open. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a capsule espresso machine with four tabs included in the price.

Amazing experience!The room is well equipped, clean, modern, quite.Location is perfect for someone who doesn't want to stay in the busy touristic streets.Great value for money.Highly recommend.

It is not normal that they dont have good internet....2020, capital of the country and wifi doesnt work ...But apartment is good

We have been trying to book a small apartment from ALGA for over 2 months now .... Direct personal discussions on site, countless calls to the offices of the ALGA apartments requesting a booking have so far unfortunately not resulted in a positive response. You are constantly referred to colleague X and further to Kollgegin Y, you call the employees afterwards and then all you have to do is: Yes, we will take care of it, we will definitely call you today ... No feedback, no calls and apparently also no interest in customers or inquiries (which were made early enough) .... unfortunately very disappointed with this type of customer care !!!!

Excellent apartment, clean warm and welcoming despite the cold outside. Very comfortable bed, spacious kitchen and living room, two bathrooms. Beautiful view of the Prater. Very close to the center of Vienna, easily reachable by trolleybus. Excellent structure

Nice, spacious, modern apartment in old building, very good conditions for the reasonable price. The internet connection is something that should be worked on - it was very bad. Aside od these minuses, It has a beautiful view both front and back of the building.Tram stations are close but for the metro you'll have to walk about 15 minutes so keep that in mind if you have big luggage.Hosts are nice.I give it 4/5 and would stay again

Hotel itself is good, clean, warm and nice view. Also location is good as it is near to the city centre. Only one negative thing from my side it is internet!!! It is totally disaster, I've been working here during one week and it is almost unreal as internet quality was pure as hell (tbh. time to time in mountain hotels internet is better), I've told about this to hotel staff, they were very nice and polite and told that it will be fixed but it wasn't :) So in general if you don't really care about internet quality during your stay this is definitely good place to stay in Vienna.

Warm and clean. Bathrooms had a mild bad smell probably coming from the sewers.

First of all, the comfortable and beautiful equipped rooms, nothing was missing. A family welcome and very helpful at any time of the day. What struck me most was the cleanliness was like feeling at home, it smelled everything. A breathtaking view of Prater where the famous Ferris wheel 🎡 is located. Despite the cold outside, the apartment was very hot. When we left I asked the reception where they had bought the bed, I had never slept so comfortably. Well, to say everything was perfect, to come back!
